Happy 11th Month Birthday!

The little bird is 11 months old!!! She just celebrated her first Christmas and really enjoyed all the paper ripping! DJ & I loved the magic this Christmas brought and cherished our first Christmas as parents. We know it just gets better. Paige continues to smile, laugh and have a good time wherever she goes. Strangers love to stop and say hello to Paige and always comment on how many teeth she has. At 11 months Paige has started dancing. It cracks us up when she hears music from one of her toys or the TV and she starts to jiggle. Paige has just started getting a little weary of strangers but she is still very friendly and will pretty much go to anyone. Paige has a new buddy. His name is Elmo. Paige thinks that Elmo is hysterical. The second she sees him she gets a huge smile on her face. Paige is non-stop and is still fearless. At 10.5 months Paige took her first steps and is now walking! Paige is also getting chattier. She is saying "Ma Ma Ma" for mama and "Da Da Da" for dada. She is also saying "Ssshhh" for shoe and "Ba" for Basha (who is still her BFF). When you start to put on her coat or your coat she waves bye-bye and says "Bai" for bye. She also says "Hai" for hi. Paige loves to play with the things she is not supposed to play with. She is always reaching for our cell phones and house phones. She even knows how to hold a phone up to her ear. She is always making us laugh with all of her funny faces. She scrunches up her nose when she is upset or has boogies. She even knows what to do with a tissue. Even though Paige can be naughty she is a very sweet little girl. She gives great hugs and if you catch her in the right mood she'll snuggle! We love you, Paige! Happy Birthday Little Bird!
